About the Role
We are hiring a Product Engineer, Crypto Applications to invent, prototype, and launch breakthrough DeFi and NFT apps in a venture-studio environment. You will build full-stack mobile and web experiences with React and React Native, dogfood our developing tooling and infrastructure, and iterate quickly until we hit number-one spots on global app stores. If you live and breathe crypto, love rapid experimentation, and want to change how mainstream users interact with digital assets, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product ownership
  Design, build, and ship consumer crypto apps for iOS, Android, and web using React, React Native, and our Layer 1 SDKs

• Rapid prototyping
  Ideate and validate dozens of concepts per year, measure traction, and double-down on winners

• DeFi and NFT integration
  Implement wallets, swaps, staking, lending, collectibles, and on-chain gaming flows with smooth UX and strong security

• Dogfooding and user insight
  Use every feature yourself, gather community feedback, run A/B tests, and refine based on real-world data

• Growth and app-store success
  Optimize onboarding, retention, and monetization; own the submission and update pipeline for App Store and Google Play

• Collaboration
  Work closely with protocol, design, and marketing teams to align releases with network upgrades and ecosystem campaigns

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• 4+ years building consumer mobile or web apps with significant user traffic

• Expert-level React and React Native skills plus solid TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with DeFi primitives, NFT standards, and wallet integrations

• A personal habit of using crypto daily and staying current with ecosystem trends

• Proven ability to turn rough ideas into shipped products at startup speed

• Strong sense of product design, usability, and performance on resource-constrained devices

• Clear communication and a bias for ownership and measurable impact

Nice-to-Haves

• Apps in the top charts of App Store or Google Play

• Swift or Kotlin proficiency for native modules or performance work

• Familiarity with smart-contract development, Rust, or mobile cryptography

• Prior work in gaming, social, or creator tools that intersect with Web3
