Acceler8 Talent is seeking a member of technical staff in New York City for an on-site role. This product-minded backend or full-stack engineer will help build core experiences where humans and AI agents collaborate, spanning end-to-end workflows, APIs, data models and platform infrastructure.

Base salary ranges $200k–$350k with meaningful equity. You’ll join an AI unicorn building production-grade agents for enterprise customers, contributing to reliability, accuracy, and excellent product

• Own end-to-end product workflows
• Design APIs, data models and frontend systems
• Contribute to retrieval, guardrails and reliability
