Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc is seeking a Product Engineer for its Analog business. You will own the full lifecycle of advanced linear and mixed-signal products from concept through high-volume manufacturing.

You will connect Design, Test, Applications, Quality, Operations, and business teams to drive product success. Responsibilities include supporting quality, reliability, and manufacturing readiness; working across teams; analyzing data and risk; and communicating results to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical/related field.
5–7.5 years in semiconductor product engineering.
Experience across test, validation, design support, manufacturing, or quality.
Ability to lead technical work and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on lab equipment experience.

Responsibilities

Support product quality, reliability, and manufacturing readiness.
Collaborate with Design, Test, Applications, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Analyze yields, reliability, failures, and customer returns to drive improvements.
