Qualifications

• 2.5–5 years of IC software experience with shipped products.
• CS degree from a strong university or equivalent top-tier experience.
• Experience building with LLM APIs beyond tutorials.
• Strong product sense and ownership in delivering user value.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and APIs behind live calls, including session state and data pipelines.
• Develop LLM-powered workflows, prompts, tool use, and live-demo flows.
• Create enrichment pipelines to identify who the agent talks to before calls.
• Collaborate with design partners to craft custom solutions and generalize wins.
• Ship UI in Next.js/React and iterate quickly after watching real calls.
