With Partner’s Alliance, you'll play a critical role in transforming designs into reality while ensuring manufacturing integrity, driving process innovation, and meeting customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with customers to complete documentation, secure approvals, and qualify components for production.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, improving product quality and process reliability.
• Establish equipment specs, implement new techniques, and introduce modern process equipment.
• Act as a bridge between design and production teams, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility.
• Analyze engineering changes and perform technical liaison duties across departments.
• Recommend design enhancements to boost product quality and production efficiency.
• Prepare engineering schematics, BOMs, and documentation to support production planning.
• Lead efforts in work simplification, value analysis, and production method improvements.
• Conduct method/time studies and compile test data to support process enhancements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support junior engineering staff.
• Uphold our code of conduct, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Take on additional assignments as needed.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent knowledge base.
• Proficiency in engineering principles, manufacturing practices, and process analysis.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Competency in MS Office Suite and technical software (CAD, statistical tools, etc.).
