• Maintain an updated log of specification efforts and share updates with the sales team.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and conduct group training sessions with customers and the Sales Department.
• Prepare weekly activity reports, monthly itineraries, quarterly and annual reviews.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Providing technical assistance to both customers as well as the Sales Department
• Writing Star Pipe Products in by name in specifications with Municipalities, Water Authorities and Consulting Engineers
• Maintain an updated log of specification efforts
• Regularly communicate updates on these specification efforts with the outside sales team
• Providing technical assistance to both customers as well as the Sales Department
• Assist with construction issues in the field and the warranty claim process
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, and be proficient in conducting group training sessions with customers and the Sales Department
• Prepare weekly activity reports, monthly itineraries, quarterly & annual reviews

Requirements

Education / Experience

• Engineering / Construction / Technical 4-year degree
• Professional engineering license a plus
• Knowledgeable in the Water and Wastewater industry a plus
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
• Proven proficiency in group presentations
• Must have working knowledge of: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• This position requires occasional travel when required

Other duties include answering technical questions and assisting with construction issues in the field. Product Engineers will also assist with training.
