The Project Engineer is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of technical/engineering projects. Project engineers are involved in various aspects of a project. This includes developing plans and schedules, coordinating projects, and providing technical guidance and support. They oversee technical aspects like design and construction, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate updates and risks. Managing budgets and resources is also a key duty. Furthermore, they ensure compliance with standards and regulations, conduct quality control, manage risks, and maintain project documentation and reportsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop project plans and schedules: Creating detailed timelines and work breakdowns to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.Coordinate project activities: Directing and managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.Provide technical guidance and support: Applying engineering principles to address technical challenges and ensure project feasibility and qualityUnderstanding and experience with safety required.Provide training and oversight to others within or outside the department as needed.Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve problems.Ability to multi-task and continually prioritize tasks.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.Carry out departmental goals consistent with corporate strategic goals.Comply with all company rules, safety policies and procedures.Self-starter and multi-task oriented.
