POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Engagement Manager will be the primary implementer of EO products in the South Asia Region. Official EO products are designed by thought leaders and expert staff but require implementation support in the field. The Product Engagement Manager will liaise with the region’s member leaders responsible for the successful deployment of EO products and will support the promotion, engagement, and adoption of a wide range of member benefits. This includes customizing the promotion of products to meet regional needs, executing event-driven products virtually, in-person, and hybrid, and measuring usage and satisfaction to support EO’s growth through member retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as an ambassador for EO core products and member benefits, including being highly trained on EO products to influence members.
  • Lead coordination and regional delivery of EO’s core products, including learning tours, forum workshops, and leadership trainings.
  • Promote EO’s products in ways that resonate with regional, cultural, and linguistic needs.
  • Build processes or develop content to drive member engagement through promotion of EO products, such as member testimonials and regional campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to product teams, leveraging data to guide program development and align with member needs.
  • Manage external marketing and communications agencies to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including digital assets, email marketing, and social media content.
  • Lead curation and distribution of regional newsletters and social media, highlighting local success stories, upcoming opportunities, and global initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Design and implement systems to improve regional efficiency and empower chapter staff, including automation tools, speaker databases, and training programs.
  • Ensure regional and chapter communications align with EO’s global brand by providing access to scalable content and tools.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and experts to co-create engagement strategies and communication touchpoints that respect local cultural nuances while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Own the planning and execution of regional events like Leadership Summit, Regional Leadership Academy, and Moderator Summit, working with cross-functional teams and member leaders.
  • Support Experts and Member Products Directors in executing regional action plans and quarterly Town Hall meetings.
  • Lead ad hoc projects to support EO’s strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in a nonprofit, association, or membership organization.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and account management skills.
  • Event and logistics experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Canva, Monday, CRM, and AI automation preferred.
  • Ability to interact with entrepreneurs tactfully, diplomatically, and with poise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with ownership and commitment to the role.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multi-cultural contexts.
  • Proactive relationship-building skills; genuine interest in others’ needs and concerns; positive attitude; network-building ability.
