Position Summary

The Product Engagement Manager will implement EO products in the LAC region, supporting deployment, promotion, engagement, and adoption of member benefits. This role involves customizing product promotion, executing virtual, in-person, and hybrid events, and measuring satisfaction to support member retention and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for EO products and benefits, with thorough training to influence members.
  • Coordinate and deliver EO’s core products regionally, including tours, workshops, and leadership training.
  • Promote EO products considering regional, cultural, and linguistic needs.
  • Create processes and content to boost member engagement, such as testimonials and campaigns.
  • Use data to provide insights for product development aligned with member needs.
  • Manage external marketing agencies for campaigns across digital, email, and social media.
  • Lead regional newsletter and social media to highlight success stories and initiatives.
  • Develop systems to enhance regional efficiency and support chapter promotion, including automation tools and training.
  • Align communications with EO’s global brand, providing templates and design resources.
  • Oversee annual renewal campaigns as the renewal operations lead.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to develop engagement strategies respecting local cultures while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute regional events such as Leadership Summit and Regional Leadership Academy.
  • Support Experts and Member Products Directors with regional action plans and Town Hall meetings.
  • Lead special projects to achieve EO’s strategic goals.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, economics, international relations, hospitality, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in nonprofits or membership organizations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and account management skills.
  • Event planning and logistics experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools like Canva, Monday, CRM, and AI automation is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy, and poise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with ownership and commitment.
