What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide regular communication to current customers highlighting product enhancements
- Collaborate with the marketing department to showcase features to prospective clients
- Support and enable cross-organization teams with product knowledge
- Understand client environments and workflows to identify how PAR OPS features can enhance productivity
- Manage projects for new feature rollout, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the technology industry
- Minimum of 2 years' experience utilizing PAR OPS
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continued education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Marketing or sales background
- Track record of success in Professional Services
- Ability to self-train and stay current with technology trends in the restaurant and retail industries
- Excellent training and presentation skills
