• Expertise in life and annuity product systems, particularly Vantage.
• Experience leading in matrixed, outsourced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for Product Domain initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding and documentation practices.
