Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is preferred.
Required: A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare or related commercial experience, including at least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial strategy. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environment. Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.
Preferred: Experience in immunology, hematology, or rare disease. Field sales experience preferred.
This role is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% travel.
