Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Lead, Product Manager to drive the Certiport portfolio and lead a high-performing product team focused on delivering customer and business outcomes across certification, assessment, and workforce readiness solutions.

You will coach and develop Product Managers, align product initiatives with learner and industry needs, and work with education and workforce partners to create impactful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with leadership of multiple product teams.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers and developing product talent.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver measurable business results.
• Strong practices in discovery, experimentation, and outcome-based planning.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design leaders in an empowered product model.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and priorities with business leaders.
• Translate objectives into coherent product initiatives and roadmaps.
• Drive portfolio-level prioritization based on customer value and impact.
