Pearson is seeking an innovative Lead, Product Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for customer and business outcomes. You will drive discovery and strategy for Pearson's Certiport portfolio, coach and develop Product Managers, and deliver certification and workforce readiness solutions to educators, learners, and industry partners.

Ideal candidates blend strong product management leadership with deep domain knowledge in certification, credentialing, and education markets,

Qualifications

8+ years product management experience, including leadership of multiple product teams.
5+ years leading Product Managers and developing product talent.
Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering measurable business results.
Strong understanding of modern product management practices, including discovery and outcome-based planning.
Experience partnering with engineering and design leaders in an empowered product model.
Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving organizational alignment.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to define and evolve product vision, strategy, and priorities.
Translate objectives into coherent product initiatives and roadmaps.
Drive portfolio-level prioritization based on customer value and business impact.
Ensure investments align with goals and market opportunities.
Champion customer-centric decision making across the organization.
