You will collaborate across Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, and Risk & Control to ensure data is discoverable, fit for purpose, well-governed, and secure. As a senior leader, you will challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers, and drive adoption and value realization through high-quality, reusable data products and standards-based governance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets for enterprise data products, with primary focus on Source-to-Pay transformation and procurement analytics.
  • Leads Source-to-Pay data transformation by developing and continuously improving reusable data products that power sourcing, procurement, and supplier management analytics across the vendor management lifecycle.
  • Partners closely with GSS, Sourcing Tech, and FP&A to align data solutions with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value (e.g., supplier performance, spend optimization, procurement efficiency).
  • Leads the product life cycle through discovery, planning, execution, and ongoing evolution by defining requirements, managing risks, and ensuring reliability/reusability of data products and pipelines.
  • Orchestrates construction of high-quality data products by collaborating with data producers, owners, engineers, and consumers to source/curate data and establish pipelines supporting reporting, BI, and AI/ML.
  • Creates and publishes product roadmaps so procurement stakeholders can reliably discover and consume governed data in catalogs locally and across the enterprise.
  • Champions firmwide standards for documentation, metadata, vocabularies, and interoperability to improve discoverability and consistency of data products.
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives; measures outcomes vs. cost and drives adoption.
  • Governs quality and reliability end-to-end (e.g., SLAs, testing, release/change management, issue resolution) to maintain data integrity, security, and compliant use.
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices (discovery, market research, prototyping, adoption strategies, delivery) to raise product execution maturity.
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities to differentiate data products and accelerate innovation.

Required qualification, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) delivering products, projects, or technology applications, including enterprise-scale data initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics; experience delivering enterprise-grade data products for reporting/BI/AI-ML is strongly desired.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).

Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills
