Crossix Analytics, a division within Veeva, focuses on advancing healthcare marketing through analytics, innovative planning, targeting, measurement, and optimization solutions. Positioned at the intersection of big data, technology, and multichannel media, Crossix provides insights to help life sciences companies make strategic decisions and improve patient outcomes.

We are seeking a high-performing leader to join our team in New York. You will play a key role in our commercial success, owning analytics features end-to-end. The position is available at multiple seniority levels.

What You'll Do

• Own the AnalystTools product, managing all analytics features from development to deployment, including user stories, specifications, and UAT.
• Manage a team of product managers and analysts, collaborating with engineering and data science teams to design, deliver, and iterate capabilities from prototype to scale.
• Work with data scientists and analysts to develop analytics that meet customer needs at scale.
• Coordinate with other product teams such as Data Ingestion, Health Data Platform, and Customer Application.
• Write high-quality requirements and develop roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support release planning and sprints to ensure timely and effective product enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Experience in analytics, translating customer questions into solutions.
• Strong prioritization skills balancing speed, quality, and innovation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical discipline.
