Job Description

The Product Director - Consumer Lending Solutions manages the entire product lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and project leadership to meet business goals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

1. Lead Cross-functional Development Projects: Oversee complex product projects involving Engineering and vendors, develop and execute project plans, report to stakeholders, and foster strong relationships internally and externally. (25%)
2. Financial Review & Price Modeling: Conduct financial analyses, develop business cases with pricing models, monitor product revenue, and optimize monetization strategies. (25%)
3. Set Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop product strategies aligned with financial goals, support new initiatives, and drive product innovation. (15%)
4. Deliver Products to Market: Lead go-to-market processes for product features, including operational alignment, pricing, marketing, and sales training. (15%)
5. Evaluate Ideas: Assess new product ideas for customer demand, feasibility, and compliance, partnering with legal and risk teams to ensure responsible innovation. (10%)
6. Create + Communicate Roadmaps: Support quarterly planning for product features and projects. (5%)
7. Prioritize Features: Advise on product efficacy and new features to improve business processes. (5%)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred. Experience may substitute education.
• Experience: 8+ years in financial institution/fintech, with leadership experience, and knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, Confluence, JIRA, MS Office.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, analytical, financial, innovation, leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Decision Making

• Handle complex issues, interpret business strategy, and manage projects impacting company P&L.

Additional Information
