The Product Development Specialist will bridge innovation design and efficient manufacturing processes by delivering high-quality, low-cost products that exceed brand expectations. You will identify initiatives to improve speed, quality, and cost through strategic partnerships and processes. You will oversee sourcing and design needs through the development process, working directly with the US team and factories to execute and elevate tech pack guidelines.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in building private label apparel products
2. Experience in seamless and intimates industry
3. Experience defining and tracking all T&As (Time and Action)
4. Experience in data maintenance, development charts, fitting presentations, cost negotiations, and factory communication
5. Understanding of the plus size market, women's fitting, and a passion for making women feel confident is a plus
6. Willingness to learn about beauty development is a plus
