Location: Las Vegas, NV - hybrid / remote role

Job Description

As the Product Development and Sourcing Manager, you will step into a central, trusted role that touches nearly every part of the product journey. You will be a right hand to the Director of Product Development and partner with the team to translate big and small ideas into actionable plans and pathways. Additionally, you will have many opportunities to teach and guide the Product Development Specialist through the intricate processes that are a part of product development and vendor management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead early-stage product exploration- gather data for trends, translate abstract ideas into structured product concepts, and identify untapped market gaps and opportunities.
  • Navigate the nuances of quality control, compliance, and the feasibility of production
  • Support or lead product development timelines from conception through delivery.
  • Act as a point of connection for the creative, operations, marketing, and sales departments and pieces relevant to the product process.
  • Seek ways to streamline communications and documentation and reduce redundancies.
Compensation & Benefits

Base = $78k-$82k

Variable Performance Bonus = Discretionary and performance-based, estimated at around 5%.

Medical – 50% paid by employer, vision, dental

Eligible after their 90-day probation period

The company covers 50% of the employees during their first 1-3 years of employment

The company covers 100% of the employees after 3 years of employment

401 (k) after 1 year.

Standard vacation: 10 days + company holidays after 90-day probation period
