NotCo is seeking a Product Development Scientist I in Alameda, CA, to drive R&D initiatives in food product development. The role involves executing product lifecycle processes and collaborating with various teams to launch high-quality food products, leveraging proprietary technology. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Food Science or related fields and have experience in Food R&D, exhibiting strong analytical and communication skills.

We are currently looking for a Product Development Scientist I for our NotCo B2B Research & Development located in San Francisco, California, requiring active on-site presence. This position will report to our R&D Sr. Team Lead, and the incumbent will work cross-functionally to ensure R&D activities are successfully deployed locally.

NotCo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
