Ahlstrom's Stevens Point Mill invites students to join our Product Development & Quality Co-op program for Spring or Fall 2027. This role supports safety, quality, production, cost, and product development on a paper machine process line, offering hands-on experience in a team-focused environment.
Current students in Paper Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related engineering fields are encouraged to apply.
The goal of the Ahlstrom Stevens Point Mill’s Co-op program is to cultivate the development of potential future engineering and leadership resources for our organization while providing high-quality process support to the mill’s operations group(s). Co-op assignments are structured to provide candidates with opportunities to grow and develop in their chosen discipline as well as to educate them on various career paths within the organization. Although there is no guarantee of future employment, our goal is to have our Co-ops fully capable of stepping into a full-time engineering position within our organization by the end of the program.
We are seeking a Product Development & Quality Co-op at our Stevens Point, Wisconsin plant for Spring or Fall 2027. This position will assist the Product Development & Quality Team in the achievement of safety, quality, production, cost, and product development objectives of a paper machine process line.
