Eurobank in Atlanta seeks a motivated Product Development Officer to drive the design, pricing and lifecycle management of retail business loan products, aligning with the strategic roadmap set by the Retail Business Banking Head.

You will collaborate across Risk, Operations, Legal and Sales, perform profitability analysis, monitor KPIs (origination, approvals, NPL), and prepare business proposals for senior management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years banking or similar industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; Master’s desirable
• Experience in product development, financial analysis, or performance monitoring
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English and Greek (written and spoken)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Development Officer to join our Retail Business Banking Products Sector, within the Retail Business Banking Segment. By joining us, you will contribute to the development and management of retail business baking loan products, supporting the strategic roadmap set by the Retail Business Banking Head. You will be involved in pricing, profitability analysis, market monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure the competitiveness and performance of our retail business offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Product Development & Management: Support the design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of retail business loan products, processes, and documentation.
• Spot Market Opportunities: Analyze market trends and competitor practices to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Bring Teams Together: Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Legal, Sales, and external partners to turn product concepts into successfully launched and effectively implemented solutions.
• Turn Ideas into Business Proposals: Prepare presentations and documentation for new product ideas, modifications, and commercial initiatives to be reviewed by senior management and committees.
• Pricing & Profitability Analysis: Prepare pricing proposals, monitor product profitability, and track key performance indicators (e.g., loan origination, approval rates, NPL ratios).

You Will Be a Great Candidate If You

• Have 3–5 years of relevant experience in Banking or a similar industry, ideally with exposure to retail business banking.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Have experience in product development, financial analysis, or performance monitoring.
• Are proficient in the MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have excellent command of English and Greek (both in writing and verbally).
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and have a client‑centric mindset.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑results approach.
• Are able to work in cross‑functional teams under pressure & tight deadlines.
