Overview

Our rapidly growing wholesale homeware client, is seeking a dynamic product development manager to join their team with experience in the home space.

This range is provided by Fourth Floor. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Work with suppliers to ensure product requirements such as, design specs, material review, packaging and costing.
• Act as liaison between sales and suppliers.
• Work directly with our sales, design, and production teams to bring innovative products to market
• Maintain profitability of your category through sales review, material costs, freight calculation and feedback.
• Frequent market comp shops to stay up to date on market knowledge of price points, key items, and trends.
• Communicate with our sales teams to ensure they have all necessary tools to sell products into their retail channels.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a product development, sourcing or relevant industry role
• Must have basic MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Must be a team player with a positive outlook
• Must be organized
• Must be a self starter
• Most importantly, must love product and want to "own" your categories and see them through to successful execution in stores across the world
