Job summary

CGC is seeking a Manager, Product Development to lead the design, development, and deployment of clean energy and sustainable infrastructure solutions. This role focuses on decarbonization, on-site solar, distributed energy resources (DERs), energy efficiency, electrification, and related financing tools that accelerate clean energy adoption in the built environment.

The Manager will drive the full product lifecycle from market discovery and concept development through pilot implementation,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in clean energy, sustainable infrastructure, or related product/program development.
Strong knowledge of clean energy solutions in the built environment (efficiency, electrification, solar).
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with technical, financial, and policy partners.
Familiarity with clean energy economics and financing structures is preferred.
Experience using program management tools such as Jira or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Develop CGC’s clean energy product roadmap including solar and building decarbonization initiatives.
Lead pilot programs, track milestones, and resolve issues.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, policy, communications, and finance for product development.
Ensure readiness for launches, partner onboarding, and operational documentation.
