The manager supports due diligence, contract negotiations, and portfolio growth strategies while traveling to industry events as needed.
Identify and evaluate new product licensing, acquisition, and development opportunities using market intelligence, competitive analysis, industry trends, and commercial data.
Conduct preliminary assessments of potential products, including market potential, competitive landscape, and business viability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, licensors, manufacturers, consultants, and vendors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communications between internal and external teams.
Lead project management activities for new product development and licensing projects from evaluation through commercialization, developing timelines and tracking milestones.
Support due diligence activities, reviewing technical, regulatory, commercial, and financial information.
Collaborate with leadership to develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new opportunities.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends to support portfolio growth strategies.
Assist in contract negotiations and coordinate follow-up activities with legal and commercial teams.
Facilitate internal meetings and provide regular project updates to management, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.
Travel to tradeshows, conferences, or vendor meetings as required.
3-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, product management, licensing, project management, or related functions.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development, regulatory pathways, and commercialization processes.
Experience analyzing market data and identifying new product opportunities.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and external organizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
