Job summary

Capture Accessories is seeking a production coordinator in the beauty accessories space to liaise across merchandising, sourcing, creative and sales during product development. You will manage vendor requests, maintain specs and BOMs, and prepare status reports for multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in production in the consumer goods space.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between merchandising, sourcing, creative, sales, and overseas vendors on products throughout development.
• Manage development related needs and requests with overseas vendors.
• Maintain accurate records including specs, BOMs, and production trackers.
• Prepare reports/status updates for merchandising, creative, and sales teams.
• Review and distribute pre-production samples to the team.

What You’ll Do

• Liaise between merchandising, sourcing, creative, sales, and overseas vendors on all products throughout the development stage
• Manage development related needs and requests with respective overseas vendors
• Maintain accurate records including specs, BOMs, and production trackers
• Prepare reports/status updates for the merchandising, creative, and sales teams
• Review and distribute pre-production samples to the team

Additional Info

Salary Range: $65k - $75k

Monday through Thursday on-site in our New York City office, with Fridays remote.
