Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a Product Development/Production Manager for Women's Contemporary Apparel in New York, NY. The role spans from design handoff through final shipment, coordinating with Design, Technical Design, and overseas factories.

You will ensure styles stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and control costs while collaborating with multiple brands and global suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fashion product development or production.
• Experience in the women’s contemporary market.
• Direct work with overseas factories and vendors.
• Apparel construction, fabric, trim, and costing knowledge.
• FOB and DDP costing and vendor negotiation.
• PLM experience and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own product from proto through final shipment with Design and overseas factories.
• Keep every style on time, on quality, and on cost.
• Coordinate protos, SMS, fit sessions, and approvals.
• Ensure tech packs and BOM accuracy.
• Lead costing reviews and vendor negotiations.
• Production tracking from order to shipment and resolving delays.

Take women's contemporary styles from design handoff to delivered product, across multiple brands and global factories.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in fashion product development or production
• Women's contemporary market experience
• Direct work with overseas factories and vendors
• Apparel construction, fabric, trim, and costing knowledge

• PLM experience and advanced Excel
