Job summary

Gellert Global Group in Madison, NJ is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to help bring new products from concept to launch. You will coordinate development activities, work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to keep projects organized and on schedule.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, food science, or related field and 1–3 years of experience in product development or marketing. Travel up to 10% is expected.

• 1–3 years in product development, project coordination, marketing, food service, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating new product development projects from ideation through launch.
• Support cross-functional teams with formulation, food safety, packaging, pricing, and product positioning activities.
• Research consumer trends, market insights, and competitive products to identify opportunities.
• Maintain product development documentation, specifications, and project records.
• Track project timelines and milestones to ensure successful product launches.
• Coordinate sample requests, product testing, and vendor communications.
• Assist with customer-specific development projects and follow-up requests.
