You will assign resources, review work orders, and ensure proper training, equipment usage, and documentation to support product development and sustaining engineering activities onsite.

Formación

• Experience leading people, projects, or work activities in a technical or operational environment.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to solve practical problems in non-standard situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise activities assigned to Laboratory team members and mentor staff.
• Review laboratory work orders and assign tasks ensuring proper testing and documentation.
• Coordinate training and safe application of laboratory protocols and SOPs.
• Facilitate communication among departments to meet testing, model making, and modal strain requirements.
• Develop training curricula for Laboratory personnel on testing and equipment processes.
