As a Product Development Intern, you’ll collaborate with our talented Product Development (PDEV) team to bring innovative retail display concepts to life. You’ll help design, prototype, and test mechanical displays and graphics for top brands, retailers, and fixture manufacturers. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of tools, equipment, and design software while gaining exposure to the full product development process from concept to finished prototype.

You’ll work closely with internal teams including Sales, Design, Engineering, Estimating, Sourcing, and Production, learning how to translate creative ideas into functional, manufacturable solutions that meet our clients’ needs. As a mentee under our Product Developers, you’ll build real-world experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ( This internship requires onsite presence at our Chanhassen, Minnesota location. Relocation assistance, housing, and transportation are not provided. Candidates must reside in or be able to commute locally to the Chanhassen area for the duration of the internship. )

Compensation:$21.00 Hourly

• have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on problem-solving.
• have experience or coursework using computer-aided design (CAD) or drafting tools.

• can read and interpret engineering, production, and shop drawings.
