Filtration Group in Chicopee, MA is seeking a motivated Product Development Intern to support new product development and continuous improvement for cleanroom wipes used in pharmaceutical and biomedical device manufacturing. You will learn to build engineering BOMs and support product quality changes, working closely with Quality, Production, and Purchasing teams.

We are seeking a motivated Product Development Intern to join our team, supporting new product development and continuous improvement initiatives for cleanroom wipes that are used in critical contamination environments such as pharmaceutical and biomedical device manufacturing. As an intern, you'll dive into the world of product development, gaining hands‑on experience with product development and commercialization at our Chicopee, MA site. The successful candidate will learn how to build and interpret product engineering bills of materials, and support product quality change processes
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from Textiles, Material Science, or Polymer Science program
Minimum 3.0 GPA (or equivalent)
Basic understanding of nonwoven/textile materials manufacturing (coursework acceptable)
Knowledge of or experience with material characterization techniques
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Teams preferred
Clear written and verbal skills for documenting findings and the ability to work across functions and and with external partners
Ability to follow site safety protocols
