Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student (Junior/Senior) pursuing a Chemistry degree.
  • Ability to independently research and develop innovative solutions in a lab environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to communicate scientific ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Experience presenting data and findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for hands-on experimentation and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Get hands-on experience creating product formulations in laboratory settings with real-world impact.
  • Contribute to the development of new products in the metal packaging industry.
  • Perform lab testing on formulations to evaluate performance and quality.
  • Assist in the development and validation of new test methods.
  • Learn about the metal packaging industry, its standards, and innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support formulation and testing projects.
