Job summary

Theater Outsource Inc is seeking a hands-on Technical Drafter to lead product development and field operations in our Philadelphia area facility. You will create clear technical documentation, CAD drawings, and submittal materials, ensuring installations meet design intent and regulatory standards.

You will travel regularly across the United States to support site readiness, provide field guidance, and coordinate with suppliers, engineering partners, and internal teams on special projects.

Qualifications

• Experience creating technical documentation, installation details, and submittal packages.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, site conditions, and technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-development efforts, including construction, costs, and installation guidance.
• Develop and maintain installation manuals, technical specs, cut sheets, and details.
• Travel to job sites to support quoting, assess readiness, and troubleshoot field issues.
• Provide technical input for data sheets, trade-show materials, and case studies.
• Coordinate projects with suppliers and engineering partners.
