Job summary

Reporting to the Lab Manager, the candidate will contribute to technology transfer into product development, participate in core project teams, and ensure GLP compliance throughout the work.

Qualifications

• Experiments plan and execute to test feasibility of concepts.
• Data from experiments analyzed to evaluate feasibility and implications.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate results to management.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans and performs experiments that support new product or technology feasibility testing.
• Critically analyzes data generated from experiments; synthesizes evaluations and records them in an R&D Notebook.
• Reports results to R&D management and peers; advises on product development implications and prepares technical reports when needed.
• Maintains good laboratory practices (GLP) aligned with IDS product development objectives and regulatory guidelines.
• Interfaces with engineering to support experimental designs and performs testing of product.
