Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Branchburg, NJ is seeking a Product Test Engineer/Mechanical Test Engineer I on a 12-month contract. The role is on-site, first shift, 40 hours per week, paying $30 per hour under a W2 contract.

You will execute tests per client requirements, handle sample receipt and data analysis using Excel, JMP, and MiniTab, and assist with protocol generation and reporting. Candidates should have an Associate degree (0–2 years experience) and knowledge of GLP, cGMPs, ISO, and ASTM

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 0-2 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of GLP, cGMPs, ISO and ASTM methodologies beneficial.
• Technical written/oral communication skills with working knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools recommended
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities with the capacity to effectively communicate across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducts timely sample intake, including receipt, proper identification, storage and return shipments as needed
• Conducts testing using approved methods, protocols specs and equipment (includes product and/or equipment testing)
• Performs data analysis using a variety of tools (e.g. Excel, JMP, MiniTab)
• Communicates challenges, scheduling or testing conflicts to management in a timely manner
• Maintains inventory of lab supplies, materials and chemicals used for testing and cleaning
• Coordinates hazardous waste disposal as needed
• Maintains clean and organized lab and storage areas
• Follows ZebraSci Quality Systems and identifies potential Quality Events
• Follows SOPs and suggests edits or new procedures
• Reviews and may draft equipment or lab documents under supervision
• Reviews test results and draft reports
• Interacts with clients for updates under supervision
• Reviews and may author test methods/protocols/reports under supervision
• Works collaboratively and communicates openly with colleagues
• Communicates with clients under supervision
