Qualifications

  • Experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop next-generation LED light engines and electronic assemblies.
  • Support customer projects with engineering solutions.
  • Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Design, prototype, test and refine new products.
  • Work with manufacturing for robust and reliable designs.
  • Collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Support continuous improvement of existing products.

LEDdynamics is an engineering company specializing in advanced LED light engines, electronics, drivers, controls, optics and custom OEM solutions. We partner with leading manufacturers to develop innovative lighting systems for architectural, industrial, medical, wellness and specialty applications.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Product Development Engineer to join our close‑knit engineering team. This is an opportunity to work on exciting new technologies while collaborating directly with customers, manufacturing and fellow engineers to bring innovative products to market.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop next‑generation LED light engines, electronic assemblies, drivers and lighting controls.
  • Support customer projects by translating application requirements into practical engineering solutions.
  • Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through production.
  • Design, prototype, test and refine new products.
  • Work closely with manufacturing to ensure designs are robust, reliable and manufacturable.
  • Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, optical, manufacturing and quality disciplines.
  • Support continuous improvement of existing products and manufacturing processes.
