Job summary

Waterworks seeks a highly organized Product Coordinator, Fittings & Accessories to support development and launch of products across our Fittings and Accessories portfolios. This role provides early-career product experience in development, data management, and go-to-market execution within a luxury bath and kitchen brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years in product coordination, product development, project management, operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with business systems and data management tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a Product organization.
• Experience with Smartsheet, PLM, or other product lifecycle management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the Product Roadmap and support product development projects from concept through market launch.
• Coordinate product introductions, transitions, and lifecycle activities per timelines.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure milestones and communication of key information.
• Develop knowledge of technical product categories and industry trends to support initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of product information across systems and platforms.
• Support product setup, including style definitions, item numbers, and categorization.
• Maintain attributes, specifications, and feature data to support needs.
• Ensure information is current, consistent, and accessible across systems.
• Support cost management processes and related system updates.
• Maintain project documentation and product line lists throughout development.
• Coordinate product samples and assist with inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing on visual asset planning for launches.
• Prepare product-related materials for training, marketing, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Respond to and resolve product data inquiries and collaborate with teams on challenges.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator, Fittings & Accessories to support the development and launch of products across our Fittings and Accessories portfolios. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career product professional looking to build expertise in product development, product data management, and cross-functional collaboration within the luxury bath and kitchen industry.

As a key member of the Product team, you will work closely with partners across Engineering, Compliance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Channel Operations to help bring new products to market and ensure the accuracy and integrity of product information throughout the product lifecycle.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across product development, data management, and go‑to‑market execution while partnering with talented cross‑functional teams. You'll play an important role in bringing innovative products to market and helping shape the customer experience through accurate, high‑quality product information.

This role is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 3 days per week at the Danbury, CT Corporate office.

Responsibilities

Product Development Support

• Assist in the execution of the Product Roadmap and support product development projects from concept through market launch.
• Help coordinate product introductions, transitions, and lifecycle activities according to established timelines.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure key project milestones are achieved and critical information is communicated effectively.

Systems & Project Coordination

• Support product cost management processes and associated system updates.
• Maintain project documentation and product line lists throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate product samples across internal teams and assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation.
• Partner with Marketing on visual asset planning and execution for new product launches.
• Prepare product-related materials to support training, marketing, and cross-functional initiatives.

Other

• Respond to and resolve product data inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to address challenges and support business priorities.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
