Job summary

Dashing Diva is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the design and development of nail products from concept to launch. This role emphasizes creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration with overseas factories and internal teams.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. English and Korean bilingual ability is preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; candidates skilled in both programs are strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends, innovation, and detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with overseas factories, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct product testing and evaluations for performance, quality, and safety.
• Brainstorm and develop new product concepts based on market trends and brand vision.
• Support all stages of product creation and launch.
• Prepare and maintain product development documentation (specs, BOMs, design files).
• Maintain records of development status, sample inventory, and project updates.
• Evaluate design samples and collaborate with factory partners.
• Design and create nail tips and sample boards.
• Handle ad-hoc projects requested by supervisor.

Job Summary

Dashing Diva is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the design and development of every element of Dashing Diva's nail products from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate is creative, innovative, detail-oriented, well-disciplined, and open-minded, with a strong sense of design, fashion, and emerging trends. Experience in the fashion, beauty, and/or cosmetics industry is preferred.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate communication and follow-ups with overseas factories, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams
• Conduct regular product testing and evaluations to ensure product performance, quality, and safety
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new product concepts based on market trends, customer feedback, and brand vision
• Support the product development team throughout all stages of product creation and launch
• Prepare and maintain product development documentation, including specifications, design files, BOMs, and product information sheets
• Maintain accurate records of product development status, sample inventory, and project updates
• Evaluate incoming design samples and collaborate closely with factory partners
• Design and create nail tips and sample boards
• Ad-hoc projects requested by supervisor

Compensation Range

$24.03-$26.44 hourly
