Puig is seeking a Product Development & Atelier Manager in New York to coordinate garment development and ensure patterns and samples meet quality and design standards.

You will oversee the atelier and domestic/international vendors from concept to SMS approval, manage fittings, BOMs, POs, and material shipments while partnering with Production and Merchandising to reach cost and margin targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product development with domestic and international factories.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; multitasking.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Photoshop; PLM familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end product development across in-house atelier and vendors.
• Maintain seasonal WIP reports, style masters, line sheets, and SKU tracking.
• Prioritize fabric shipments with Fabric Director for deadlines.
• Translate concepts into viable products with Design teams while preserving design intent.
• Coordinate fittings, document fit notes, and communicate revisions to patternmakers.
• Create and maintain BOMs, issue POs in PLM, and manage material shipments.
• Assist production and merchandising to hit pre-costing targets and margins.
• Handoff domestic developments to Production with complete cut sheets and BOMs.
• Track development spending and approve factory invoices.
