Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Product Development Assistant for sweaters and outerwear for a 9-month hybrid assignment in San Francisco. You will support go-to-market calendars, development activities, and preproduction tasks while ensuring data accuracy across systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong PLM/MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of college education and related work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a position that required the manipulation of large amounts of data.
  • Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities.
  • Expert knowledge with PLM and MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task; confident working in a fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes.
  • Effective relational and organizational skills; ability to work with multiple departments and personalities.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.
