Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst in the Framingham area to collaborate with cross-functional teams, define requirements, and help implement solutions that improve business operations and processes. The role supports SMEs, leads testing and training, and ensures smooth adoption after deployment.

You will document processes, create design documents, and coordinate with stakeholders across projects. Travel is occasional, and experience with PLM or related systems is a plus.

Job Description

Works with teams across the business to understand processes, identify needs, and define requirements. Helps design and implement solutions that improve business operations, technology, and organizational processes. Ensures solutions meet business goals and supports stakeholder adoption.

Communicates regularly with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to align expectations with project progress. Leads requirements gathering, testing, training, and implementation activities. Supports knowledge transfer to Global Production Support after implementation.

Creates, maintains, and tracks plans for deliverables on assigned projects. Develops and updates project documentation, including:

• Process Maps
• Data Flow Diagrams
• Requirements Specifications
• Functional Design and Configuration Documents
• Use Case Scenarios
• User Acceptance Testing Materials

Analyzes business processes and systems to identify issues, opportunities, and improvement areas. Coordinates user involvement throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, validation, and implementation support.

Responsible for software administration tasks such as configuring and troubleshooting applications.

This position has a starting salary range of USD $71,300.00 to $89,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
