Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Product Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions across the full software development lifecycle, including AI-assisted practices to boost delivery speed and quality.

You will contribute to scalable, cloud-native applications, participate in design reviews, and mentor colleagues, supporting continuous improvements in engineering standards and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and modern application development, with experience designing, building, and maintaining enterprise software solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud technologies, AI-assisted development, or related technical domains, with working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong software engineering expertise in one or more technologies such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD practices, code reviews, secure coding principles, and Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Ability to effectively utilize AI coding tools and coding agents for software development, code reviews, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tools, automation, and processes that improve software delivery, release readiness, and developer productivity.

• Improve coding standards, reusable design patterns, team workflows, and engineering practices while accurately estimating work, identifying risks, and delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.
