BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING is seeking a Product Development professional to bring licensed consumer products from concept to production. You will collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, and Design, coordinating with overseas factories and external partners to ensure quality across home décor, hydration, and tabletop categories.

The ideal candidate communicates well, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in product development, sourcing, or brand management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Familiarity with licensed products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Product development from concept to production.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories to track progress, address challenges, and provide design updates through CADs.
• Revise tech packs, update designs, and manage product specifications as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Licensing, and Sales) to ensure brand and product consistency.
• Research industry trends, licensors, and retail insights to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain clear and organized communication, ensuring workflows align with SOPs.
• Manage development timelines and production milestones.
• Support product testing and compliance requirements per company and licensor standards.
• Contribute to brainstorming and concept development for new products, with a focus on innovation and market relevance.

As a key member of the Product Development Team, you will play a crucial role in bringing licensed consumer products to life for globally recognized brands that we work with. Will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Sourcing, and Design—as well as external factory partners, supporting the development of high-quality products across categories like home décor, hydration, and tabletop.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product development from concept to production.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories to track progress, address challenges, and provide design updates through CADs.
