Job summary

Rendair is seeking a product designer to own the end-to-end design of its software platform, collaborating with engineers to define flows, interfaces, states and the design system. You will prototype, test with users, and ensure a cohesive experience across the workspace.

You will design marketing surfaces with the growth team for launches, and set craft standards for typography, motion, and interaction states. This full-time, remote role reports to the CTO and includes occasional in-person time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing software products, with work you can show.
• Fluency in Figma and in handing off to engineers who ship weekly.
• A feel for complex tools that stay simple: canvases, editors, chats.
• Clear writing, since much of design here is deciding what to say.
• Bonus: motion design, front end skills, architecture or design background.

The role

You design the product end to end with the engineers who build it: flows, interfaces, states, motion, the design system we share between the product and the site. You test with architects, many of whom are in the team, and you ship often.
