LandEarly is building a job-search platform that tailors, tracks, and simplifies applying to jobs. As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you’ll shape experiences across web and mobile.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, and leadership to make a multi-step process feel simple and trustworthy. Design flows from onboarding to daily use, maintain a design system, and present rationale to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft and clear UX thinking across shipped products.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma) and prototyping methods.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous or evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain design decisions to non-designers.
• Collaborative approach to working with product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows for core product experiences, from onboarding through daily use.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile surfaces.
• Partner with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with high craft.
• Conduct or synthesize user research to validate design decisions and uncover pain points.
• Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across the product.
• Present design rationale and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
