Job summary

Recruitee is hiring a Product Designer to shape a high-growth creator platform across product and marketing experiences. This onsite role is based at Cooper Square in New York, with NYC-based candidates prioritized and relocation assistance available for top candidates outside the city.

You will own product design end-to-end for the brand web dashboard, the creator iOS and Android apps, and marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software and product design experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma including auto layout, variables, components, and interactive flows.
• Experience designing both B2B SaaS dashboards and consumer mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to design and ship faster.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work 5 days per week in person at Cooper Square, NYC.

Responsibilities

For top candidates outside the city, relocation assistance is available.

• Lead and scale the Figma design system, keeping it aligned with live code components as the product evolves.
• Use modern AI tooling, including Claude, Cursor, and v0, to prototype quickly and automate parts of the workflow.

• Expert-level knowledge of Figma, including auto layout, variables, components, and interactive flows.
• Proven experience designing both B2B SaaS dashboards and consumer mobile applications.

Compensation & benefits

The salary range is $165,000 to $220,000 per year, with equity up to 1% . Benefits include unlimited PTO, full health coverage, health insurance, and life insurance, along with 401(k) matching. Relocation support and paid time off are also included.

• Location: New York, NY (onsite)
• Work mode: In person
• Hiring priority: NYC-based candidates are strongly preferred for immediate hire
• Relocation: relocation assistance is provided for top candidates outside NYC
