Job summary

Plume is seeking a Product Designer to shape how institutions and retail users interact with tokenized real-world assets onchain. You will own design end-to-end—from problem framing and user research through high-fidelity UI and shipped product—across core apps, issuer tooling, and partner surfaces.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to make complex financial concepts clear, trustworthy, and fast.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally with a shipped consumer or fintech product.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership: research, IA/flows, visual design, and post-launch iteration.
• Expert in Figma with components, variants, auto-layout, and design-system familiarity.
• Comfortable designing for regulated, compliance-heavy flows (KYC/AML, disclosures) without losing usability.
• Strong visual craft in typography, layout, motion, and color/spacing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can defend design decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end flows for tokenized asset discovery, onboarding, KYC/compliance gating, staking, and portfolio management.
• Translate complex financial structures into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library for web app, marketing site, and partner integrations.
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with retail and institutional users.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation; review shipped work against design intent.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks in Figma; present rationale to leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing on landing pages, campaigns, and product launch visuals.
