Job summary

Sola in Atlanta is seeking a product designer to own the interface design across our ecosystem. You will partner with product and engineering from discovery to implementation, shaping flows and interactions that emphasize clarity and long-term quality.

You will influence core surfaces and help scale the platform, contributing to design systems and patterns to support rapid growth while maintaining usability and visual craft.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an in-house product designer with shipped products.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and interface design.
• Ability to design across fidelity levels and contribute to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship clear, intuitive product interfaces across multiple user types.
• Own end-to-end user flows from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to balance user needs and business goals.
• Use research, testing, and metrics to inform designs.
• Contribute to and evolve Sola’s design system and UI patterns.
• Maintain high interface quality across visual and interaction design.
