Job summary

Entermotion is seeking a Product Designer to own outcomes across its Atlas EMR and related apps. You will work with product leads, engineers, and fellow designers to define problems, explore solutions, ship features, and refine through iteration.

Our team uses LLMs and Figma to push boundaries, balancing polish with rapid prototyping and system-level thinking. The role emphasizes shipping new features while thoughtfully refining existing interfaces, inside a remote, dispersed team that values

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing product for SaaS or application-heavy environments.
• Fluent in Figma: components, autolayout, variables, prototyping, dev mode.
• Comfortable with both rough flows and pixel-level UI.
• Strong product instinct for correct direction before mockups.
• Experience designing for data-dense desktop web and native mobile.
• Understand responsive design and accessibility for complex apps.
• Experience with product research: user interviews and usability testing.
• Strong async writing for design reviews and specs.
• Self-directed; can ship with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to evolving tools and workflows in the design process.

Responsibilities

• Own product design work end-to-end from problem framing to ship.
• Design across surfaces: web, mobile, embeddables, user portals.
• Evolve and maintain the design system and Figma libraries.
• Prototype closer to code when helpful to validate concepts.
• Communicate clearly in text and async reviews to align teams.
• Work closely with engineers to review builds and preserve pixel fidelity.
• Manage multiple priorities across product areas in alignment with leadership.
