Abridge, a healthcare AI company, is seeking a Product Designer to reshape the future of healthcare delivery. You’ll design experiences that reduce cognitive load for clinicians and help patients receive undivided attention.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive products, and own end-to-end design—from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes—within a hybrid work model that requires in-office presence in SF or NYC three days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping impactful digital products, ideally within complex domains.
• Strong track record of taking meaningful design initiatives from concept through launch with impact on users and business.
• Ability to bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous problems, adapting approach to work.
• High craft bar with attention to detail while maintaining sight of the larger product experience.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling, influencing partners across functions.
• Collaborative spirit, low ego, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Shape product experiences with taste, clarity, and strategic thinking.
